Course Description
This is the the continuation of our monthly series of workshops that are a great adjunct to weekly Marigold Strength classes. Each month, Erica will focus on a different area of the body, with a goal of improving strength, range of motion and reducing pain and discomfort. In this 90-minute workshop, we'll learn what the core actually is, as well as how to activate its components. You will practice straight-forward stretches and exercises to improve strength, awaken sleepy muscles, undo compensation patterns, and get everything working in concert so you can move with more ease.

Cancellation Policy
Classes - If a cancellation is completed at least one hour before the class starts, the class will be placed back in your account. If not, the class will be forfeited. Courses and Workshops - There is no refund for courses and workshops. Email us if there are extreme extenuating circumstances.
